Here is a tool made by Arti which will help you get a valid NVCAP for you NVIDIA card to insert in NVinject info.plist file. You need to dump your VGA ROM first then when you run the generator from OS X it will ask you where you have your VGA ROM and present you a NVCAP for your card.
This tool is free to use, however you may consider a Paypal donation to my friend Arti for his work and the tremendous help he provided us to get the NVCAP sorted out. The generator will give you his Paypal registered email if you wish to thank him for his work.
Added by Arti: If possible use the software (ver 1.4) on the next page, as I'd like to get more feedback on it.
IMPORTANT! Don't use a text editor to add the string to the .plist, use the Property List Editor that comes with Apple Developer Tools.

what do you mean by swap values ?
here is the one generated with your tool.
04000000 00000200 01000000 00000007 00000000
grp 1 grp2 grp3 grp4 grp5
swap each group of 8bytes so 12345 become 54321
or swap all the bytes
00000000 70000000 00000010 00200000 00000040
? |

if this is the string you used, then you didn't swap 2 and 1.
This would be it:
04000000 00000100 02000000 00000007 00000000 |

But when i try to activate the mirror "fonction" nothing is displayed on the external screen and only the mouse pointer is displayed on the internal screen.

| AFAIK the mirror function is problematic with many hackintoshes, I suspect the root of the problem, but it's probably in the ROM itself. Soon there will be a version that will fix the reversal problem you encountered. |

From the ROM it looks like it's one of those DDCless laptops, that will not produce anything on the internal display irregardless. Honestly I have not decided yet how to handle that as the results will be less than ideal. And the ROM will not really reveal what actual external connectors that particular computer in fact has.
So I'm not sure if the user experience should be "can't be done" or "you're screwed" |
